Crank Posted February 7, 2011 Report Share Posted February 7, 2011 On the GI form when the TP zip code is eneterd the program is supposed to automatically populate the School District Name & School District Number for Pennsylvania state returns. I does not always do this, although the city and state do populate accoring to the zip code. Is there a reason that some returns populate the SD name & number while others do not? I spoke to TRX support on this issue and their answer was that not all PA info is included in the program. Is that correct or am I mising a step somewhere? RGFan Posted February 8, 2011 Report Share Posted February 8, 2011 Hi John, We purchase a 3rd-party tool and load it into the software every so often. It is a database with all zip codes, so if new zips are added, they wouldn't show up until the newest is once again added into the program.
