J R Sandoval EA Posted January 12, 2008 Report Share Posted January 12, 2008 I was told by ATX customer service yesterday that this year only one EFIN was allowed for every Max license; I spoke to their data entry dept and they were not sure; I contacted their sales dept and they have not answered back. I have personally had multiple EFIN's added for various preparers. The data entry department just has to enter them differently before you can use both.
