According to MyATX site it has been released and I have been able to update several California forms today, but can not create the e-file because the e-file info worksheet has not been released for e-file yet. The form is available it just isn't allowing me to create the e-file. I kind of think they will be up and running tomorrow but I was curious if it's just me or if everyone is having this problem?
