Does this mean we won't be able to e-file any Louisiana returns until then? Can Louisiana be e-filed seperately later or are we a piggy back state only? Also, if we can't efile until Feb. it sure makes the new requirement to efile 30% of state returns more difficult to meet. mg, Hopefully, the LA e-file release date will be before 2-4-08 as suggested on the site. However, Louisiana can be e-filed separately. If memory serves me correctly, we got the clearance for LA e-filing before the ATX's anticipated date for the 2006 year.
