Janitor Bob Posted April 11, 2011 Report Share Posted April 11, 2011 Client lived all year in WV, but had only PA wages and PA income tax withheld. I have done a few PA returns, so I am OK with that...as a non-resident, he will get back what he paid in.....and (I assume) he will owe the state of WV.
