Maribeth Posted October 12, 2011 Report Share Posted October 12, 2011 Rita, are you on a network? If so, look at your rollover tab. If that tab has lost its connection, then you won't be able to open a returrn in the return manager. At least, that has been a problem on our system. RitaB Posted October 14, 2011 Author Report Share Posted October 14, 2011 I called Tech Support and the nice young man attempted to fix a ".NET Framework" problem with Windows XP.
