I have had continuous problems since January. Even on hold for 3 hours 5 minutes last week to try and solve the crashing issue. Then spoke with tech support for about 45 minutes. AFter being told to uninstall and then reformat workstations it seemed to work for my workstations.... well until today, now when I came and opened up ATX , rather tried to open the program today, it just disappears, sometimes it gives the message of stopped working, but most of the time the popup screen comes up and then goes away. The atxloader.exe process starts, but then goes away when the pop up disappears. Now, stuck, not able to get through to ATX, says wait time is at least 1 hour!!!

I am trying to print W2's from QuickBooks to the SFS W2/1099 Printer. I have selected preprinted forms, but when I print, the print to file box does not appear. If I open up the printer document window while printing I see my document in the print queue, but it then gets automatically deleted.

I have always exported the W2 information from QB and then imported into ATX. I use the uni-forms as well, that way I don't have to purchse year specific W2 and 1099 paper. Importing into ATX has also made it a snap to efile either the W2s to SSA or the 1099/1096 to the IRS.
