Does anyone have the address to mail the Philadelphia Income Tax? I have looked everywhere and I cannot find it. Thanks in advance!

Thank you for your responses, The couple lived in GA when the house was purchased in her name only, They moved to Alaska later. I will ask to see the settlement and go from there. Thank you all.

Couple lives in Alaska, rental property is in GA.

A couple owns 2 rental houses, Her name is on the houses and the loans. Divorced in August, and he was awarded one of the rental houses. He is refinancing in Jan of 2012. to put the house and loan in his name. The rental management co wants to know who gets the 1099 for this year. Not sure where to go with this. She is my client, so I want to be fair to her.

[ She got a letter from the IRS saying that they would look into it, and she never heard anything more from them. But she 'heard through the grapevine' that the ex got audited and hit with a major tax bill. No way to confirm that, although I hope it was true.

Clients filed with Turbo Taz in '09, made some serous errors and need to amend and will now owe about $3000.00. Right now they are going through a nasty divorce. Wife wants to file to correct the error, husband does not because he doesn't want to pay more taxes. If he refuses to sign the amend, does she have any other options?

I also am a PA preparer I have two clients who work in NY. I registered with the state of NY got a registration number, and so long as I don't file more than ten NY returns, there is no fee.

Interestingly SHE makes most of the money. I have been doing her family taxes for several years. I hardly know him. I am not taking sides, I am not a marriage counselor either. I emailed them both, too late to mke changes now. They both said okay. Is the moon full? I also have had very weird questions this week. One more month.....

TP emailed today to stop the direct deposit that he signed yesterday. Now he wants a paper check mailed so that his wife doesnt take all the refund. If I don't stop the DD he is going to call the IRS himself. this has not been my best week. I don't think I can stop this canI?
