Same here as well. I just experienced this problem just now.

Folks, I think it will be a nice gesture for CCH folks to alert us of this problem when their servers are taken down.

I sincereley believe this will be a good business practice to inform us when they are having server / database related issues that affects us users...

We are always the last to know ..... and to know it the hard way...

I am also not able to get into myatx support page as well. Is anyone else experiencing these problems????

Is anyone having problems sending e-files to ATX for processing?

I have so far been able to update my forms with the update button but I am getting server error messages

trying to retrieve my ACKs.

what is the status of that? Since then, I haven't for sometime heard anything about it on this board.

I am new to payroll aspect of TTO Max ATX software, I have just been lucky to have had a new client who would want me to generate 1099 MISC forms for 30 of his consultants to his company. I need help in going about getting this done as I am new to doing this. What is involve in this whole process using my ATX software. Are there any requirements needed here to get this done?
