Thank you. But it was not resolved with this update they have me waiting for more than 5 hours it is ridiculous. I have more checks ready to be printed and i CANT PRINT i HATE ATX this year !!

I got my first batch of checks yesterday, but i cant print the checks. I have contacted 3fund and they said is a ATX issue. I am now waiting on the phone for ATX tech support to answer ....2 hours and 50 minutes..and counting ...

Any advice ? I have tried removing it and adding again, but it wont work, i might have to do whole tax again I have red every single post that has "xml" on search feature Click image...it should make it bigger Thank you guys. I have like 15 taxes rejected because of that error :S

Same here, its VERY common here. 9 out of 10 receive their refund.

Almost everyone......At least at my office, I have 9 stations with diferent pc specs none lower than 4gb ram and good cpu's and all windows 7 & 8 . 64 & 32 bits . They all crash in their own special way some during copy paste, some during rollover others opening a tax some wont even open the software, Each one is special

Same issue here ! The 2012 is VERY slow !! I cant imagine doing taxes with this software while having lots of clients waiting, i have the speed but the program limits me !!
