i try and print all 3 copies at one time and i only get the federal return for the filing copy. i have to go back and reprint the state and city returns.

Has anyone else seen this and is there a fix?

Also, i must have selected to have the client letters roll over with the returns but i don't want that. I can't find the option anywhere to turn it off, any idea's

the problem with married filing separate is that in a case like this you don't kow if the spouse itemized or not amoung other things. if it were me I'd explainto client the issures and do hoh.

Does anyone know how i can move the form from 2006 organizer to the 2007 forms? i would love to have it as a master form so i don't have to add an organizer to every client.

add a line as you would in an excell spread sheet or make the blank line bigger

nys taxes coops at .0004% of value, program defaults to .0178% i can;t find where to change it in this years program

yes you can, at least here in NY, a corp dissolution is a state issue.

if you think this treatment is bad you should see what i am getting on their high end side with prosystems fx; client letter written by people with limited english skills, bo client letter for state corporation efiling,[cust support says you can't efile NY, even though they did include the forms to authorize it], everytime you try to answer a question on a ny it-204 you get bounced out, ETC.

and that program costs me $20,000.

if you charged it i would put a hold on it with your credit card for shipping a product that didn't work and not being able to reach anyone at the company to assisst you. its always better to have them chase you for money than for you to chase them for a refund.

I ordered the program last night, got the install code around 11 today and have just done my first [inactive] return. Its been an easy start up!

There is basically no difference as far as ATX is concerned between a peer-to-peer or a server based network. BUT ensure you read the installation instructions or knowledge base article 14660 as the installation is different for a network. If you are using a wireless workstation (i.e. laptop) read KB 4807.
