Ken, I do know that this year for applying for any bank products that they all have..application deadlines in place..they never done this last tax season..this is something new..so if you are getting this rejection this could be why..as far as I know the cutoff date for HSBC was Dec 15th. You can go on the ATX knowlegdebase and type in bank products cutoff in the search and it will tell you the cutoff dates for the different banks..Hope this helps Kate

I have a student loan from when I went to collage and grauated in 2006..I have not paid anything on it..because I have not really had a steady job..My jobs have been all seasonal work..so my loan had be defered in 2006..and now it is in forbearance until July of 2008..I owe over $6000.00..Can I cliam anything on this? I was looking at this and I just wanted to let you know that ATX in Caribou, ME..has been closed since the end of Dec 2007..about 150 to 200 hundread full and part-time employees lost their jobs..so any tech support that ATX customer's are receving now are going to Rome, GA..this is Taxwise..CCH transfered all the tech and sales positions there..so any problems that you my be having e-filing or software..to form problems..this is your answer why you are having such a hard time with tech support this year.
