BobinNJ Posted March 18, 2012 Report Share Posted March 18, 2012 It's not in the wrong place on the W-2, it's that the state of NJ has several options to put these items on the w-2 and one option is that the additional items may be placed in the area for local wages and amts. w/h'd. You can find this on the NJ tax website. Many persons have NJSUI, NJTD, NJFLI, Sec125, 414H, all of which won't fit in Box 14, so they slop over to the area for local wages,etc. And of course if you have trouble with this "See your local tax preparer". ;-) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
