TaxMan60601 Posted November 30, 2012 Report Share Posted November 30, 2012 Hi guys, Any hints about how to "express my intention" about the length and nature of stay in a foreign country, under the Bona Fide Residence Test on 2555 form in ATX - taxpayer didn't met any of the tests in the first year of the period, however fulfil both tests in the consequent year and clearly indicated willingness to reside and work abroad. Is there any checkbox or additional statement that need to be enclosed with the return as the ATX constantly showing some warning or error?
