AnnieR Posted January 27, 2008 Report Share Posted January 27, 2008 I just prepared my first return with an SD tax and the software is doubling the amount withheld, instead of $136, which is what I entered from the W-2, $272 is showing up on the return. Booger Posted January 27, 2008 Report Share Posted January 27, 2008 Ann, there is a specific place to input the school district tax withheld on the W-2 input form. It's nearly at the bottom of that form. I haven't had any issues with the School District Tax withheld, and I've completed about 10 of these forms already.
