ILLMAS Posted February 18, 2013 Report Share Posted February 18, 2013 Try closing the program, shut down computer, restart and check to see if it works. I won't advice uninstalling/reinstalling ATX, I have done this over 5 times and my information still appears, even after I used a third party application that removes all the traces of the program.
