I hate to hear you are having trouble with CCH. We have actually processed over 1.2 million returns thus far and CA was ready by Jan. 2. We are e-filing your S-Corps as well. I will have to say, we have been running real smooth. I hate you’re not with us this year, I’m sure we can work something out next season. Let me know if you have any further questions. Kinda new to software sales. We met at Super Seminar in Reno last year. I was so close to switching, but I believed all the CCH bull$h1p about nothing changing. Oh well. I wonder if their customer service would be so sparkling with an influx of thousands of ATX clients going thru the conversion? I really like ATX software. lydia33 Posted January 30, 2008 Report Share Posted January 30, 2008 I got a trial cd of the 06 filing season of the Drake software. It was not user friendly. It might not be as easy to use as the Max but I know from a colleague that they have great support. I personally did not like the software.
