all the federal returns were accepted, do I still send in federal extensions on all 1120 and 1120S returns?

I heard that WI had an extension for filing of those returns because the E-file forms are not ready. I cannot file WI partnerships either. Check the WI.gov.revenue web page for an update.

Mail your corporate state returns in. I love that they can't reject a mailed in tax return..
