The compromise i have is offering her a full refund of the program that she paid for. However i do not agree with all the accusations that she has made against the company. If she would like a refund then i will provide one for her if shes is satisfactory with that. But, based on this....I'd put in a request for a refund....to Zach at the e-mail address I posted. I put in a dispute on 1/25 with my CC company. They gave me a credit, which is still there.
