Catherine Posted March 27, 2013 Report Share Posted March 27, 2013 That's been happening with me on version 12.11, too. Closing the return & program, then re-opening, seems to fix it. And I have having more memory problems with it. 12.10 was better for me, but had to move up to get the fixed assets import feature of 12.11 or greater.
