Opened them today to finish and get out the door. Took forever for returns that had already opened to open (had to reboot computer), then when files finally opened all of their information was gone....this has happened on the last 3 clients I have opened today. I am afraid to go in and look at clients that have already been completed, or all of the others that still have to be finished up...sounds like we may have to recreate every piece of information already input.
