It sat in "Validated" status after the M1s were rejected, recreated, transmitted and FINALLY accepted. I transmitted two newly created MNPRs and they were accepted within hours. Finally I got a rejection of the first MNPR this morning. I recreatedl, sent and it was accepted within an hour. Try it again. Should work.
