gfizer Posted March 26, 2014 Report Share Posted March 26, 2014 I have a farm partnership with four individual partners. Two lots were sold off the front of the farm in 2013. The land itself is titled in the names of the four individual partners and not in the name of the partnership. The buyers made out four checks to each individual seller for their respective share of the sale so none of the sale proceeds were deposited into the partnership account.
