Roll over problem

Recommended Posts

Having problems rolling over from 2012.

The rollover window just keeps going and going.

Can't close program without using task manager.

Can't reboot 2013 without restarting computer and then opening & closing 2012 return.

It happened twice today and never before. The only thing done to day was to download

the updated version of QB.

Any ideas??

TIA

QB is notorious for being a system resource hog, and taking over certain administrative settings on your system. A call to ATX tech support is in order. Intuit ALWAYS puts a bunch of "trash" (not the word I want to use) on your system. I never upgrade from a download for that very reason. I always upgrade from a CD where I can custom install and stop the "trash."
