GeorgeM Posted June 18, 2014 Report Share Posted June 18, 2014 I have a new computer with windows 8.1, and use Paperport 14. I have always used Adobe Acrobat Pro 8 to be able to insert text on forms. Apparently there is a conflict with Adobe and Win 8, the program starts and loads the file but when I use typewriter to enter info on the form Acrobat stops working. Eric Posted June 18, 2014 Report Share Posted June 18, 2014 There are compatibility issues with Acrobat Pro 8 on Windows 7 and Windows 8, especially 64bit versions. I believe Jack is correct, you may need to upgrade Acrobat.
