Server connection error message

If you get the error message more than once a week, please share with us:

What operating system you are using?

What Firewall are you using?

What ISP and kind of internet access (for example Verizon DSL or Comcast Cable)?

What Antivirus software you are using?

Do you feel your computer is slow?

Do you feel your internet connection is slow?

How old is your computer?

How much RAM?

Are you or others on your net listening to the radio, watching videos or downloading other stuff while you open ATX?

Do you use dropbox or any similar site?

Keep in mind that infected computers transmit like crazy and they use a lot of bandwidth but I will not ask that question because none of us have that kind of issues, correct?

One more question, what protocol does your computer use if you are networked. Keep in mind that IP has two versions so you need to specify which version.

Also, what routable protocols are available to your computers? Maybe your computers take too long to checking protocols before they find a match.

These are my points with this post:

1.- Few users were going to participate because the "server" error is not widespread.

2.- People complain about the issue but don't provide enough information about the issue to find a solution.

One last point, if you think that these question are not relevant to use ATX, think again. If they are relevant about using ATX, then they are relevant when issues arise.

Have a nice day.
