TP falls under this category:

Exemptions from the payment

If you didn’t have minimum essential coverage for all or part of 2014, you may qualify for an exemption from the penalty if any of the following apply to you.

  • You’re uninsured for only 1 or 2 consecutive months of the year

1.  Under shared responsibility, do I have check off the two months?  If yes, I am getting a 16 penalty in this case.

2.  Forgot shared responsibility and go to individual exemptions and check "B" short coverage gap? No penalty in this case.

Your thoughts?

Thanks
