I found this on the KB: Document ID 807 Tax Year 2005; 2006; 2007 Product E-file, TaxPrep E-filing nonresident/part-year resident state forms -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Your ATX tax software supports e-filing for most nonresident and part-year resident state forms, although specific issues may arise depending on the type of return you are preparing.
