GeorgeM Posted February 11, 2015 Report Share Posted February 11, 2015 Has anyone had trouble with the payer manager. I completed one client and put in a new 1099R. The same client had a second 1099 from the same payer, and it shows in the payer manager. Now I have another client, which has a 1099 from that same payer, but it does not show in the list of payers. I went back to the other client and made sure it was still there and it was, but it will not show in the new client payer list. Jack from Ohio Posted February 11, 2015 Report Share Posted February 11, 2015 (edited) Make sure on the W-2 or 1099 input screen that the box is marked for "Add to Payer Manager."
