Without evidence of health insurance or otherwise coverage, you're supposed to ding them on Line 61 for the shared-responsibility tax. Next year it will be even clearer: "Sir, produce your 1095-A or my tax software will ding you for $395 or 2% of your MAGI, whichever is more.
