Laura_in_MN
did not find the answer even though I know the question was asked before. What does the F stand for? Thanks! The "F" is for the Financial Management Service. They collect delinquent debt owed to government, child support, student loans etc. Taxpayer can call for more info about the offset (1-800-304-3107). An "I" indicator is for an IRS debt, "B" is for both agencies.

In other words, I filed FED/WI piggyback and MN alone. They all went....so far, so good.
