When I combine the Federal and State letters, the spacing is all messed up. Abby Normal Posted January 19, 2016 Report Share Posted January 19, 2016 Letters are always a mess in ATX, but especially early on. My rolled over letters have duplicate text in them this year. I just keep fixing them and save for future returns. We usually have to delete letters after rollover and then re-add them. I don't know of any way to reset the letters, but occasionally, ATX seems to reset them for me, much to my dismay since my letters are highly customized. Open the desired template. 2. Do one of the following: Click the Restore button on the toolbar. Click the Tools menu; then, select Restore. Right-Click the desired template; then, select Restore.
