bstaxes
Client is 66 and wife (deceased 2007) was 64. EIC states t/p or spouse under 65. Do they really mean either or? What about a May to December marriage, they can get it? If I read it correctly the tp is entitled to the EIC. Please someone either agree or denied this. Thanks, brain dead. gfizer
Yes, this is correct. It is only necessary for one of them to be under 65.
bstaxes
Thanks for the confirmation. It just seemed strange when I thought about it. Maybe I shouldn't think.
