Franklin Posted December 31, 2020 Report Posted December 31, 2020 Is anybody else having problems with Drake's Secure File Pro requiring 2FA at every log-in? All my other accounts require 2FA once from a browser, but then once you've authenticated that browser, the cookie can last years if not indefinitely. This is the first webpage that requires it on every log-in. And the log-out time is very quick. I'm hoping this is just an oversight that gets addressed before the tax season starts. Quote

I don't use it - but I *have* noticed that other 2FA items have been flaky about needing a lot more confirmations. For example, QBO required a code every. frimping. login for the better part of a week - and it just stopped. On a day when twice earlier I'd needed to get a code from the same computer and browser.
