Ktouchi
The ATX software is printing the 1099s duplex. The duplex option is not on in the print preferences or my printer. Has anyone had this problem and found a fix?
Lee B
Output it as a pdf file, then print from the pdf copy. ATX has a long history of quirky printing issues.
Ktouchi
I did try that but doesn't align well enough to the recipient 1099 form.
Lee B
Did you check the Print Manager settings?
Ktouchi
I did. Duplex is not checked. The work around is printing one page of 1099s at a time.

Medlin Software, Dennis
Check your printer software settings. Unless ATX is forcing a setting, your printer settings will be used. Even when software asks for something, the printer may or may not respond...
