Sign up link and brochure is not available yet. https://revenue.delaware.gov/calendar/ I found this by internet search for the name of the annual seminar: "Delaware Tax Institute" At the very bottom of the page is a link to update an existing email and a phone number to be added to the list to receive information by email.
