Virtual Managed Solutions Posted January 21, 2009 Report Share Posted January 21, 2009 Maybe since the call wait times are long, people are starting to run to the MyATX site and there's too many people viewing it. That would mess with the bandwidth and make it temporarily unavailable until other people have stopped viewing. I'm not positive that is whats happening, but a guess. I have a "transmitted to efc" status 1099 file from yesterday that shows no rejection errors but on the status history shows rejected. Of course I cannot resend...Not pretty! I got 5 "transmitted to agency" since Sunday! They post an alert on my atx site stating they have prob with receiving acks and will be fixed shorty...ahh two days after the fact!
