Marie
Is there a way in the ATX program to print off a list of returns, with just names? Isn't that what preparers are required to keep, a list of their clients? Can the program help me with that?

JenMO, In Return Manager, click on Mark All, then under Reports, click on Print Marked Client List. Wayne Brasch
kcjenkins
And the nice thing about that is that you can save the client list as an Excel file, then you can modify it any way you want to, ending up with a Birthday list, a Phone and Address list, etc. Then you can sort the Birthday list by month, the address list by zip code, etc.

kcjenkins
I have not figured out a way to do that, yet. I just added a couple of columns for that [one for each spouse] in the excel worksheet, then added the dates myself. Just because I wanted that list, that I could then sort by month. At my daytime job, we have 3,000 clients and would LOVE a way to have send birthday cards to everyone. A way to pull dates out would be HUGE! kcjenkins
Send a request to the Suggestion Box. If enough people request it, odds are they will do it.
