TAXMAN Posted April 2, 2010 Report Share Posted April 2, 2010 TP 54 laid off. draws unemployment. Needs $ for cobra and living. Pulls chunk from 401K plan. Cannot meet 71/2 % medical. Income to high. Any body know exception that I might use to avoid about a $2000.00 penalty. My brain not working to good today.
