If you are not receiving these, you may want to contact CCH SFS and find out why. I find them to be very valuable. Attached is a recent email I received announcing the ATX relationship with Staples which allows you to receive special corporate pricing whether in the store or shopping online. I have used this and have saved a lot of money on things like paper, toner, office supplies, etc. There is no greater feeling than being told your total is $xxx, then you swipe your credit card tied to this program, and the savings are automatically applied and the new total is often significantly lower.
