(knock on wood) I offer the audit shield because some of my clients truly liked HRB's Peace of Mind, while I worked there. I want to give my clients as many options that are available to them. Last year I was a little angry when I tried to get audit shield for one of my clients that did not want a bank product. This year I really wanted to offer fee collect instead of signing up with a bank, but I was told that you cannot get audit shield without a bank product.
