There is no need to report specific TINs and no further action needed by the ERO. We will resolve these outstanding acks as quickly as possible. Updated 01-19-11: E-filing business returns – 940, 941, 944 94x PIN-- efile opened Jan 3 1099 efile opened Jan 4 5500 efile is scheduled for Jan 18 1120, 1120S, 1065,990 efile is scheduled to begin Jan 26 along with paper filing. ***This date is updated from Jan 20 1041 efile is scheduled to begin late January We allow e-filing of most business returns for the current year, plus two years back.
