This form 4852 is available as a fill in form only, is does not populate in the program. Look in the forms button on top and click on form filler.

Thanks Mike, I missed it. BTY I assume you can still e-file if you use this form. Does it slow down the refund process ?

You will need to send this form as an attachment as it is authorized for efiling.

I found the following instructions for sending an attachment.

Instructions

1 E-file your tax return through the e-file process.

2 Wait for the acknowledgment that the IRS has accepted your tax return. When you receive it, fill out Form 8453. The declaration control number on the form is the number you received in the IRS acknowledgment. Be sure to check the box next to the appropriate attachment or attachments that you are sending.

3 Mail Form 8453 and the attachments to:

Internal Revenue Service

Attn: Shipping and Receiving, 0254

Receipt and Control Branch

Austin, TX 73344-0254

Thanks again for your help. Winding down to the 30 returns, hopefully.
