Janitor Bob Posted January 25, 2012 Report Share Posted January 25, 2012 I never looked and just assumed that OH SD-100 was approved for E-file....Transmitted with the OH IT-1040.....E-file Rejected stating: MEFOHX0000-005 Reserved The XML Data has failed schema validation I assume this means that the SD-100 is not approved for E-file? Just got an update that stated "E-File functionality revised to prevent state rejection X00000-005." Still not able to use for paper filing but it seems to go through in E-F.
