I found this one really troubling, so I looked up a few more facts. Gavin ran her game for four years; then it took another four years to bring her to justice. Meaning, letting her plead to two misdemeanor counts that (I guess) won't even affect her pension. She was so brazen, using all her employees, and her profits were more than three times the fine, so it doesn't seem like much of a deterrent to others who know how to be more discreet..

She's in Arkansas, Pencil Pusher. I don't think they have bisexuals there. :)
