  6. Anyone else having this problem: This morning when I received acks one of my returns was rejected by EFC. When I tried the option "Display Selected E-file Reject Errors" a Display Rejection Errors Box appears with the next message: "There are no Rejection Errors For This File" Anyway I revised it for possible errors and found the error and recreate it and transmited again.

    Hi Are you receiving debt codes for your clients? Column is empty!!! :scratch_head:
  10. Why do we have to use export/import instead of backup/restore? What is the difference between both options?

  12. What do you think about the next situation: Taxpayer age 17 yrs old. With two children. Self-employed Earnings around $12,000.00 Records of earnings handwritten on paper. This will be her first time she makes an income tax.
  13. I had the same problem yesterday. The problem is with NET Framework 2.0. I called Customer Service and they gave me instructions to fix the problem.
