If you need one to mail, http://dw.ohio.gov/tax/documents/forms/ohi...40_2007_SFI.pdf ATX must get approval from the State of Ohio for the mail in form. So the returns must be getting to Ohio. I spoke to someone in the Ohio e-file dept. They confirmed that Ohio had received the e-files and accepted them....but why will ATX not mark them as accepted?
