Pacun Posted January 28, 2013 Report Share Posted January 28, 2013 I have Arch, LLC form 1065 and Arch, LLC 1099misc files from 2011. If I click on "roll over manager", I only see the entry that uses form 1065 not the one that I created to issue 1099-misc to subcontractors. Can you roll over any of clients that don't use the regular forms (1040, 1065, 1120, etc)? I have no other issues with the program, in fact I have been able to roll over several clients and I have been able to create and prepare the efile file for several clients. Jack from Ohio Posted January 28, 2013 Report Share Posted January 28, 2013 When you installed the tax program, it asked you if you wanted to install the Payroll program. In Return Manager, click on support. There is a link to show you the steps. Since you are new to installing and using the program, I would recommend reading the user guide installed in the all program list. Lots of changes and a totally new program from the inside out.
