Guest Taxed Posted February 15, 2013 Report Share Posted February 15, 2013 All my 8863 returns are "Awaiting IRS ACK" on the EFC? I believe CCH held the files from last night until 9am today. I am hoping I will see the Accepted Ack tomorrow AM. If not then IRS has a problem processing these returns contrary to what they have publicly stated.
