grandmabee Posted February 17, 2013 Report Share Posted February 17, 2013 I have always had my preparer info rollover with returns. now it doesn't and I have tried to check and uncheck preference but can't seem to get it to rollover with the return. Lee B Posted February 17, 2013 Report Share Posted February 17, 2013 I just rolled over my first return today. The preparer info rolled over but not into the return. Then I went into preparer preferences and selected the preparer info to be applied. Then the preparer info rolled over with all the rest of returns the I rolled over today (about 15 returns).
